Empower 2 B The Best (“we”, “us”) operates
bthebest.in and provides coaching, workshops and speaking engagements. This
policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have
over it.

Information you give us

Enquiries. When you use our contact form we receive your
name, email address, phone number and your message. These reach us by email; we
do not store contact form submissions in our website database.

Workshop and programme registrations. When you register for
a paid programme we receive your name, email address, phone number, the amount
paid and a payment reference, along with any optional information you choose to
share with us at registration.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address
and any name you provide in order to send you updates. Every email includes an
unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type
and pages requested, for security and diagnostics. Our website loads fonts from
Google’s font service, which means your IP address is visible to Google
when a page loads. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session
recording or any behavioural tracking on this website.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card,
UPI or banking credentials are entered on Razorpay’s systems and are never
transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only your name, contact details, the
amount and a payment reference. Razorpay processes your data under its own
privacy policy.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries; to confirm and administer your registration and
send you joining details; to issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting
obligations; to send you programme updates where you have asked to receive them;
and to keep our website secure.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate:
Razorpay for payment processing, our email provider for correspondence, and our
web host. We also share what is necessary with our accountant and with
authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal
data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies necessary for it to function. If you subscribe to
our newsletter, the newsletter software may set a cookie to record that you have
subscribed and to measure whether emails are opened. You can block or delete
cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may not work correctly
if you do.

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are retained for eight years, as required
under Indian tax law. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you
unsubscribe. Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; erase it, where we are not
required by law to keep it; nominate another person to exercise these rights on
your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity; and withdraw your consent
at any time, which will not affect processing already carried out.

Grievance redressal

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, please

concern remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect personal data, and our website is
served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission over the
internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal
data from anyone under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. Where
we deliver programmes at schools or colleges, participant information is
collected and handled through the institution.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always
available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
