Workshop and programme registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations received more than 3 days before the scheduled date are
eligible for a full refund, less payment gateway transaction charges.
Within 7 days of the scheduled date, registrations are non-refundable but
are fully transferable to another participant. Please write to
info@bthebest.in with the replacement participant’s details.
If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, participants may transfer
to the new date or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7
working days.
